Dreamtree & Timbertree Day Nursery T&Cs
- You will be required to pay the nursery fees at the rate agreed. You will be charged for sessions booked rather than sessions used.
- All Bookings are subject to availability and at the managers discretion.
- Sessions can not be swapped from allocated days unless discussed with a member of the management team.
- Late collection of children not agreed in advance will be deemed to be unauthorised and will be charged at £5 per 15min or part of.)
- All fees become due, in advance. Fees are payable in full for bank holidays, any training/inset days, Christmas closure (see closure dates) including Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Eve, New Years Day and any holiday time your child may take away from the nursery. All payments should be made by either standing order, online, BACS, cheque or cash.
- Fees are required to be paid before the month commencing. Late payment charge of £20 per week will apply. Bounced Cheque Charge £40.
- A refundable cash deposit of £25 is required when securing a place for your child using funded hours (this does not apply to T4T). Please note you may be asked for another deposit to secure days in advance, due to high demand.
- Deposits for children holding spaces over their funded hours will be asked to pay a deposit of their weekly charge.
- A consumables fee is included in your monthly invoice. Should you choose not to pay this fee, you may do so; however, please note that your child’s scheduled sessions will not be guaranteed and may be subject to change based on availability. Alongside providing all snacks and meals for your child.
- We always require children to do 2 or more sessions, due to children settling in. this can be any two sessions that we offer.
- We only offer a 9-3 session as a private session
- An admin fee of £25 is chargeable if a child fails to start for any reason or the start date is delayed.
- If a member of staff, either whilst employed or within 6 months of leaving Dreamtree & Timbertree Nurseries is recruited by a parent/guardian will be liable to pay the equivalent of the last two months gross salary of the said staff member.
- Please let a member of management know if your child is unable to attend the nursery. Please note that you will still be charged if your child is unable to attend or on holiday.
- You must notify the nursery in writing, email, or telephone if your child suffers from any infectious or contagious disease. Please note we use our own sickness policy at nursery and this can be changed temporarily to stop the spread.
- We have the right to contact your child’s GP practice in relation to any medical concerns or to confirm any health and treatment conditions
- You need to provide the setting with names of adults who may collect your child. On your child Eylog app, if adult is not on Eylog app we will refuse collection.
- Anyone collecting your child for the first time will require identification if not on the Eylog system.
- Young babies who are breastfed can only start when they are able to take the milk from bottle or cup etc… This is due to monitoring the amount of fluid intake for the child, alongside distress caused due to being exclusively breastfed and that can bring comfort to the child. As carers being able to give them a necessary care need while they are in the setting with, us we need to ensure that can access expressed milk while in the setting. If the child is above 6 months and will happily take milk or any other fluids from a bottle or beaker they are able to start in the setting due to ensuring fluid intake.
- Please note that we have CCTV coverage throughout the Nursery this is to safeguard all upon entering our building and can be used as a training tool for staff.
- All prams/buggy’s etc should always be folded and put appropriately in our outdoor shelter. Any loss, theft, damage to your belongings the nursery is not liable.
- Please note that the nursery will not be liable for damage to any clothing or toys that children may bring to nursery. We encourage children to continue without protection of clothing if they don’t want to this is not to deter them from play
- Please note that non-payment will constitute a breach of agreement, Dreamtree Day Nursery & Timbertree Neighbourhood Nursery reserve the right to take any necessary action to recover all fees due and costs incurred in taking such action.
- Dreamtree & Timbertree Nurseries has the right at anytime by giving notice (in writing) to terminate or change the agreement with immediate effect if you fail to pay fees within 7 days of due date.
- Nursery closure to unforeseen circumstances which affect the day to day running of the nursery and do not allow us to meet strict health & safety guidelines, fees will remain payable.
- I have been provided with details of the settings policies and procedures, including the information sharing procedures and understand there may be circumstances where information is shared with other professionals or agencies without my consent.
- I accept that information sharing that is not factual and reflects the nursery in a negative light could lead to the removal of my child from the nursery.
- I/We agree accept the nursery reserves the right to terminate my child’s enrolment at any time without notice in order to safeguard and ensure wellbeing of all entering the nursery.
- 4 weeks notice to terminate contract with Dreamtree & Timbertree Nurseries, fees remain payable for these 4 weeks.
- I accept the nursery reserve the right to amend the Terms and Condition, as deemed necessary.
- Your child can not start their attendance until a child profile form has been filled out in full, on our online EYLOG system.
- Please note we reserve the right to delay start dates if a child is not settled enough with us. Alongside if a breastfed baby is not yet drinking out of a cup or bottle.
- We reserve the right to reduce hours of any child, this could be to ensure safety of the child or any other children of staff within the building
